Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms,” “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the dynamicmarketinginsights.com website (the “Site”) and the digital marketing services (the “Services”) operated by DynamicMarketingInsights (“us,” “we,” or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Site and our Services is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Site or Services. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

We provide a comprehensive range of digital marketing services, including but not limited to: Social Media Marketing (SMM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Paid Ads (PPC), Funnel Setup & Optimization, Email/SMS Automation, and Website Development. In addition to these core offerings, we also provide custom digital marketing packages tailored to specific client needs. Services are provided on a monthly retainer or as one-time projects, as detailed on our product and service pages. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

2. Purchases and Payment

If you wish to purchase any Service made available through the Site, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase, including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, and your billing address.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.

The Site uses a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) to handle all financial transactions. We do not store or process your full payment card details on our servers. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of our chosen payment processor.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.

3. Service Delivery and Onboarding Process

Upon successful purchase of a Service, you will receive an automated confirmation email. An account manager or a member of our onboarding team will contact you via email within 1-2 business days to schedule a kick-off meeting and begin the onboarding process.

For monthly retainer services (SEO, SMM), the service period begins on the date of the first payment and recurs monthly. For one-time projects (Website Development), a project timeline will be agreed upon during the onboarding process. It is the client’s responsibility to provide all necessary information, content, and access required for us to perform the Services in a timely manner.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality services. However, due to the nature of digital services, our refund and cancellation policies are as follows:

• Monthly Retainer Services (SEO & SMM): Payments for monthly services are non-refundable for the month in which the service is rendered, as resources and work are allocated in advance. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by providing us with a 30-day written notice via email. You will be billed for the final 30-day period, and services will continue to be rendered during this time.
• One-Time Project Services (Website Development): Payments for website development projects are generally non-refundable once the project has commenced and resources have been allocated. If you wish to cancel a project within 48 hours of purchase AND before the official project kick-off meeting, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a 15% administrative and processing fee deducted from the total amount paid. No refunds will be issued after the project has commenced.
• Paid Consultations: Fees for completed consultation sessions are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule or cancel a paid consultation, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

5. Client Dashboard and Account Security

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18 and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DynamicMarketingInsights. Our intellectual property may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. Any materials, content, or websites created by us as part of the Services will be transferred to the client upon full and final payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DynamicMarketingInsights, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our Site or Services. While we strive to achieve the best results, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes, rankings, or return on investment from our Services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Site or Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
